Looks like Nick Nolte's son might be following in his dad's law-breaking footsteps. TMZ reports that the actor's son Brawley King Nolte was arrested Tuesday, Oct. 6, for suspicion of DUI and possession of a controlled substance in Santa Monica, Calif.

The 23-year-old allegedly struck another vehicle while trying to make a lane change. According to reports, police noticed signs of impairment and arrested him after he failed a field sobriety test.

He was freed after posting $5,000 bail.

Nick Nolte was notoriously arrested for a DUI in 2002, which gave us the infamous, crazy-haired mug shot that was forever burned into our retinas.

Brawley Nolte is a sometimes-actor and appeared as the kidnapped boy in the 1996 film "Ransom."
