The longtime girlfriend of Sir Mick Jagger was found hanging in her New York apartment on Monday and her untimely death prompted an outpouring of emotion from celebrity friends and fans, including Bette Midler, Donna Karan, Marc Jacobs, Olivia Wilde and Jagger's former wife, Bianca.
The Rolling Stones frontman added his tribute in a post on his website on Tuesday, admitting he was "still struggling to understand how my lover and best friend could end her life in this tragic way," and now Kidman's representative has addressed the tragedy, revealing the Australian actress is too emotional to pay her respects publicly.

Meanwhile, model Cory Kennedy has revealed that Jagger's bandmate Keith Richards' family has also been hit hard by the sad news. She tells UsMagazine, "I spoke to (Richards' daughter) Alexandra Richards and her mum Patti (Hansen) is having a really tough time."
And guitarist Ronnie Wood's ex-wife Jo tells CNN, "She (Scott) was like this statuesque, floating around, elegant woman (sic). Very hard to get close to, but at the same time she would always be really lovely to you.
"I can't believe that she took her life. ... It's very, very sad. My heart really goes out to Mick. ... He's devastated, he's absolutely devastated. It must be a real, real shock to him."
