It doesn't get more real than this: Former MTV star Mike "The Miz" Mizanin was crowned World Wrestling Entertainment champion on Monday.

The 30-year-old reality star dethroned the reigning champ, Randy Orton, in an epic battle. It was the first championship title for Mizanin, who appeared on the 2001 "Back to New York" season and in several "Real World/Road Rules Challenges."

The Miz isn't the only "Real World" alumnus to come out on top this year: Boston's Sean Duffy won a seat in Wisconsin's congressional district in November.
