Stephen Baldwin was arrested on Thursday in New York, reports TMZ.
According to the site, Baldwin was pulled over by police after making an illegal U-turn in New York's Harlem neighborhood shortly after 5 p.m.
While questioning Baldwin, officers noticed that he was driving with a suspended license. He was then arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, TMZ reports.

Baldwin is due in court in October.
It won't be his first trip to court this year. Earlier this summer, Baldwin sued Kevin Costner and claimed the actor and others tricked him into selling his stock in a company that made oil spill cleanup machines the same week that BP placed a $52 million order for the technology stemming from the 2010 Gulf oil spill. In June, a federal jury has rejected the case, ruling in favor of Costner.
