Kristen Stewart may not be missing much while her boyfriend's down under! Robert Pattinson was photographed hard at work on the set of his upcoming film, The Rover, in South Australia on Feb. 28 sporting a grungy new look -- and that's putting it mildly.
Pattinson, 26, smiled for the camera and showed off disgusting, rotting fake teeth. The actor's beloved long locks have also been buzzed off, and he looks like he hasn't showered in days.
To be fair, Pattinson's costar Guy Pearce doesn't look much better. In the futuristic crime thriller, Pearce stars as Eric, a man who left everything behind him only to have his final possession stolen by a group of criminals. While trying to hunt them down, he's forced to include Rey (Pattinson) on his mission. Rey is an injured junior member of the gang who got left behind during a robbery.
While Pattinson is busy filming, his girlfriend Stewart has hanging out with friends back home in Hollywood. The actress attended a Marcus Foster show at The Troubadour with their Twilight costar Taylor Lautner and a group of pals on Tuesday, March 5.
A source tells Us Weekly that Stewart arrived wearing a gray "Body Shop" T-shirt, jeans and a baseball cap. "She sipped on a beer while jamming out to Marcus Foster and swaying back and forth to the beat," the eyewitness says. Lautner, who recently turned 21, drank a Red Bull while enjoying the music and sharing a few laughs with his friends.
