This will be Wright's third marriage. She was wed to actor Dane Witherspoon for two years in the 1980s, and she divorced Sean Penn in 2010.
Wright and Penn have two kids, Dylan, 22, and Hopper, 20.
Foster recently hit the headlines after signing up to portray disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong in director Stephen Frears' upcoming untitled biopic.
