Shailene Woodley's diet really bugs. No, literally, it does.
The "Insurgent" actress recently revealed that she thinks insects will be the next big food trend and she already has a jump start.

"I've eaten ants and that was great," she told Nylon Magazine. "And June bugs, that was great. I think the future of food is in insects, so we'll see what happens."

Maybe she likes the taste or maybe she's just hoping to prove the old adage that you-are-what-you-eat. "If I could," Woodley said, "I would grow a pair of wings and fly."
The "it" actress' diet has been the talk of the town of late. Last year she made headlines when she spoke of the benefits of eating clay. Earlier this month, she told David Letterman that she has a fondness for bone broth, as well.
"I have a little bit in the morning," she told the host. "What I think is beautiful is that you're utilizing the whole animal and not just seeking out that perfect cut of muscle meat."
