Sneak Peek! James Spader Clocks In at The Office
Say hello to Robert California!
James Spader signs on as Dunder Mifflin's new CEO California on Thursday's season premiere, and as a new preview clip shows, quickly causes a stir around the office.
Early on, Spader's character leaves behind a cryptic list that "has a line down the middle, and everyone is on one side or the other," executive producer Paul Lieberstein tells Us Weekly.
And Spader isn't the only new face popping up on NBC this fall. Also on Thursday nights, the network is unveiling Whitney Cummings' aptly titled new comedy, Whitney.
Centered around Chelsea Lately comedian Cummings as Whitney and Chris D'Elia as Alex, the multi-camera comedy takes a look at the happily unmarried couple as they interact with pals who urge them to get hitched.
Take a look at sneak previews for both shows in the clip above, and tune in to NBC's Thursday night lineup when The Office premieres at 9 p.m. (EST) followed by Whitney at 9:30 p.m. (EST).
