After beginning rehearsals for her Nov. 7 appearance (she's host and musical guest) the singer couldn’t contain her excitement.
"Starting the SNL process. I kinda feel like I might have a heart attack or pass out in the pitch meeting. I'm that excited," Swift, 19, tweeted Monday.
While the singer remains mum as to what type of skits she'll appear in, she has hinted that she'll mock West, who brazenly interrupted her MTV VMA acceptance speech for Best Female Video to say that Beyonce deserved the award instead.
"I've been thinking about skit ideas for a long time," said the singer, who was approached by show execs over the summer to appear. "There are definitely some hilarious things that have happened to me over the past couple of months that I think will be pretty substantial skits."
Swift says she hopes to work with funnyman Andy Samberg on a digital short for the episode.
"Of course, I've been such a fan for a long time, but I've gone back and re-watched everything over the past couple of months and digital shorts would be so much fun to do, because they've been done so well," she says. "Andy Samberg is hilarious."
