The "Iron Man" star, who quietly wed his girlfriend Miranda earlier this autumn, was evicted from his Manhattan pad in May amid allegations he had been living there rent-free, despite his lease on the property coming to an end in November, 2012.

Howard's landlord launched legal action in August to recover almost $52,000 he claimed he was owed in rent, and the case went to court this month.
