Tiger Woods' ex Elin Nordegren recently dropped $12 million on a new mansion in an exclusive Florida neighborhood just ten miles from Tiger's much smaller home.
The beachfront property in the North Palm Beach area -- originally built in 1932 -- boasts 17,000 square feet and has eight bathrooms, according to the Palm Beach Post. The home even has a a 4,700-square-foot basement, a rarity in flood-prone Florida. Woods' nearby home comes in at just under 10,000 square feet.
Nordegren and the former couple's two children will likely move out of their current home near Orlando in the near future, the newspaper reports. The couple's divorce settlement requires the parents to live close-by for child visitation purposes.
