Tom Brady confessed in a new interview on Monday that he and his wife Gisele Bundchen haven't yet decided on a name for their six-day-old bundle of joy.
Brady, quarterback of the powerhouse New England Patriots football team who won against the Carolina Panthers yesterday, said in a new interview with WEEI Sports Radio Network on Monday: "You know what, I haven't been home all week, so -- we thought we had a name picked for about six months, and then, about two days before he was born she said, 'I don't like that name any more,' so, it was kind of back to the drawing board -- and I've been practicing all week and getting ready for the game."
He explained, "I tell you, we've got about seven or eight choices. I've got to be home for more than two hours to sit down so we can talk about it."
He said that the baby's named will "probably [be] traditional," and when asked whether it will be Brazilian or American, he replied, "Well, I certainly want a name that I can pronounce."
He also pointed out that he saved the game ball from Sunday's game for his new son, as he did for his older son, Jack, with ex Bridget Moynahan: "When my first son was born, it was the preseason, the Carolina game in '07, and we didn't lose a game until the Superbowl, so I don't know, maybe there's something about that."
