Vanessa Hudgens, SELF magazine's May cover girl, has graduated to an Oscar appearance, a new -- darker -- movie role ("Bandslam," coming out this summer), and a home of her own.
So what other revelations does Zac Efron's main squeeze have in store for us? Read some choice excerpts from the interview below, then snag the magazine to find out more -- on newsstands April 21.
On Her Stems:
"I have really strong legs. I inherited them from my dad, who has tree stumps for legs, basically. I've got big calves that look good. When I wear heels, it looks like I've worked out my legs a lot, which is why I love them. I also have a big, big big toe. I call it my goat toe. I can climb anything."
On Her Diet:
"The craziest food I've ever tried was fruit bat, a specialty in the Seychelles islands. They cooked it in red wine. It was really, really dark, grainy meat. It was quite frightening."
"I keep a Taser in my purse for self-defense. I'm moving into a house by myself, and it's scary."
"I'd like to do an action film where I could kick someone's ass. I want to be strong and empowered. I want to shock everybody."
On Her Celeb Crush:
"I'm in love with Angelina Jolie. Everything she does, I adore."
Forget Megan Fox -- sounds like little Vanessa Hudgens has her eye on being the next action heroine. It's about time for a "Rambo" remake and she does have the right hair for the part!
