Christiane Amanpour asks Jolie, "Look, you raised the prospect of yourself as an adoptive parent. Obviously, there's been a lot of speculation as to whether you will adopt from Haiti. Obviously, you're saying, not now, but will you? Is that something that you are looking at?"
Angelina responded, "I'm always open to children around the world. We're that kind of a family; Brad and I talk about that. But that's not what we're focusing on at this time, by any means. We're not here for that. We're here to see how we can help protect the children in country and scale up the needs here."
Amanpour's full interview with Jolie, who is visiting Haiti on a goodwill mission in her capacity as United Nations High Commission on Refugees Goodwill Ambassador, will air in the U.S. on CNN on Sunday, February 14 at 2 p.m.
