Although it seems unlikely that the former actress would actually stay at the UCLA medical facility where she's expected to be be treated for an entire year, the judge's ruling reportedly left Bynes' mother in control of her immediate future.

According to TMZ's sources, Bynes will remain under the care of doctors for 60 days, then if all goes well, she will be moved to her mother's home, where her mother will continue to look after her well-being. The hope is that she can be stabilized within those 60 days.
