'Glee': Dot Jones unleashes the Bieste
Sue Sylvester has a new rival whose hair isn't quite as curly and gelled as Mr. Schue's.Dot Jones is Shannon Bieste, "Glee's" new football coach at William McKinley High, filling the shoes of Coach Tanaka (Patrick Gallagher). As we see from the Season 2 premiere, she's got a beef with Sue (Jane Lynch) and can be pretty intimidating. Jones herself couldn't be more different. She's goofy, fun and obviously much loved by all -- including all the people at the "Glee" Season 2 premiere party in Los Angeles who don't mind interrupting us mid-interview to greet her. For now, Jones hasn't done any musical numbers, but she has high hopes to get her own song, preferably AC/DC. As for her dance skills, she boasts, "I can do The Worm with the best of 'em."Hear that, Ryan Murphy? Make it happen. We think Coach Beiste is an awesome addition to the faculty, and we can't wait to see her next confrontation with Sue.
