Next month marks the one-year anniversary of Justin Theroux's bended-knee proposal to Jennifer Aniston. But despite recent rumors that the nuptials are on hold, ostensibly because they're busy with work and renovations on their $21 million Bel Air estate, the "I do" plans are apparently proceeding apace.
A source tells Us Weekly that the twosome "can't get enough of their time together" and are "madly in love," which is always a plus when you're planning to pledge before your friends and family that you'll stick together until the cold, clammy hand of death parts you.
The wedding, meanwhile, "is still very much on," but "they just haven't finalized plans yet!"
Or have they? Well, no, they most likely haven't, but that hasn't stopped a rumor from surfacing (via Celebitchy) that alleges J'Theroux surreptitiously tied the knot during a "quickie" ceremony at a vineyard in Charlottesville, Va.
We've contacted Aniston's rep for comment on the vow-swap whispers but have yet to hear back.
Aniston, 44, and Theroux, 41, have spent the last several weeks in New York, where she's filming "Squirrels to the Nuts."
"Justin hangs in Jen's trailer while she shoots," a set insider tells Us.
Last weekend, the pair treated Justin's writer-mom to dinner at the Blue Hill eatery, the same place where they celebrated their engagement.
