The stork buzz around Jennifer Aniston grew louder this week when paparazzi snapped her exiting a Los Angeles doctor's office with beau Justin Theroux. Turns out she was just seeking treatment for a knee problem, but the couple's instantly serious romance continues to rev up, and now it's moved into the nesting phase.
Seems they've already settled into a rented, $3 million Hollywood Hills abode while they search for a more permanent place to call home. Us Weekly says the asking price for the already-furnished pad is an eye-popping $17,500 a month.
The two-bedroom, two-bath residence clocks in at 1,761 square feet, positively cozy compared to the 10,000-square-foot, Architectural Digest-featured Beverly Hills estate the actress recently unloaded for close to $40 million.
"I knew I really needed to simplify my life," Jen told People mag in February of her decision to sell her sprawling, extensively renovated, Zen-infused digs. "I had the realization that it is just too much for me. I'm not this person."
