When Olivia Wilde was just 19, she eloped with an Italian aristocrat, tying the knot in the back of a converted school bus in rural Virginia. But ten years and one divorce later, she's apparently trying a different tack now that she's engaged to the "great love" of her life, Jason Sudeikis.
During a shindig on Monday in New York to celebrate her Marie Claire cover, the actress was overheard talking to partygoers about her wedding plans. According to the New York Post, she's bucking her family's matrimonially impulsive tendencies by opting for an extended betrothal.
Word is, she won't become the second Mrs. Sudeikis until the spring of 2014 (the funnyman, 37, was previously married to TV writer Kay Cannon).
Olivia, who accepted Jason's proposal in early 2013 after about a year of togetherness, has reportedly selected Monique Lhuillier for her bridesmaids' dresses, although it's unclear if she'll wear the go-to bridal designer when she says "I do." She has said that she'd like to design her own gown.
