Angelina Jolie's premiere ad for Louis Vuitton's "Core Values" campaign has hit the Interwebs, and shenanigans are already being called. LV muckity-muck Pietro Beccari tells WWD that the Annie Leibovitz-shot photo, featuring the Oscar-winning mom of six barefoot as she floats on a wooden boat in Cambodia's Siem Reap province, shows "a real moment," with the do-gooder beauty in her own clothes, carrying her own broken-in Vuitton monogrammed bag and wearing no makeup.
Wait, what was that last one?
Sure, Jolie looks effortlessly beautiful, but we're pretty sure she's styling her usual just-this-side-of-Cleopatra eye liner. Either way, Brad Pitt's pillowy-lipped half reportedly plans to donate a significant chunk of her hefty paycheck from the ad campaign to charity (perhaps the one she started in the name of oldest son Maddox, 9, who was born in Cambodia).
Alas, if you want a bag like Jolie's, you'll have to wait: The Alto model is no longer being made, but the company is thinking about retooling it due to increased interest.
