Chris Hemsworth finally got some well-deserved time off from promoting "The Avengers" and "Snow White and the Huntsman," and he spent it bonding with his brand-new baby girl.
The Aussie actor was snapped Wednesday cradling 5-day-old daughter India Rose while strolling through London with wife Elsa Pataky and several family members.
With the swaddled bundle held securely in his hammer-wielding hands, Hemsworth, 28, smiled at his surprisingly slimline missus and his offspring as they made their way around Notting Hill.
"It was just a name we liked," he told E! News of the tot's moniker. "I always kind of liked Indie or Indiana for a boy and she liked India. We sorta went, 'Oh well, whether it's a boy or girl that will decide.' It just seemed to fit."
The proud pop added, "I've wanted to have kids for a long time, and here it is, and I couldn't be happier."
