In the last decade or so, we remember seeing Kate Bosworth in only two movies: "Blue Crush" and "Superman Returns." And we're still trying to forget that last one. But her personal life continues to make news. A week after sources confirmed that her two-year romance with Alexander Skarsgard was kaput, she's gone public with a new, less Viking-like guy, director Michael Polish.
But the setting of their debut raised eyebrows: Bosworth, 28, sporting turquoise tips on her wispy blond coif and a buttoned-up blouse from the "Sister Wives" collection, stepped out with Polish, 40, on Wednesday night at a Coldplay concert in Los Angeles.
You'll recall that back in 2009, a tabloid claimed the actress had been seen making out with the band's frontman, Chris Martin, who's been married to Gwyneth Paltrow since 2003. The rocker's rep vehemently denied the allegations.
Still, Bosworth must have suspected that the old rumors would resurface, especially considering that she sucked face with Polish during the show.
"She kept hanging all over him, kissing him, coming up behind him and squeezing him while kissing the back of his neck and biting his ear," a source tells Us Weekly. "She couldn't keep her hands or mouth off him throughout the show!"
An eyewitness chimes in to People mag they were "totally adorable" as Polish, who directs Kate in the upcoming Kerouac-based "Big Sur," wrapped his arms around her slender waist during a few songs.
By the by, Gwyneth was also at the Coldplay concert, keeping an eye on things from backstage.
