Gwyneth Paltrow to Make Live Country Singing Debut
Gear up, Gwyneth fans: She's making her live country singing debut.
The actress, 38, is set to perform the title track from her upcoming drama, Country Strong, at The 44th Annual CMA Awards Wed., Nov. 10 on ABC. She will be joined by legendary singer Vince Gill.
A few days later, on Nov. 16, she makes her debut on Fox's "Glee."
Paltrow has said she is shocked at the positive reception to her singing voice. When Sony Music Nashville chair Joe Galante first heard her sing "Country Strong," "he was like, 'I want to release this as the single,'" she recently told EW. "I was like, 'Excuse me please? What? What is going on?'"
Paltrow's drama, "Country Strong," hits the big screen in December.
