Anne and Coley had a lot to say about each other over the two years they spent battling for custody of their son, Homer. She said that while he claimed to be a stay-at-home dad, he instead left Homer with nannies and baby sitters to gamble and look at porn online. She also said Coley let the toddler take part in his weekly poker game. Coley, on the other hand, just said what we all pretty much knew: She can be a little nuts. Plus, Anne didn't put Homer in a car seat and cursed in front of the child, Coley claimed. The judge ended up giving Coley full custody when Anne was in Canada filming "Men in Trees" and joint custody when she was in L.A. When the show was canceled, a court ordered the couple to hire a "parenting coordinator" to manage their relationships with Homer.
