While Josh Duhamel may have blown up the box office with the "Transformers" movies, his new wedding comedy "The Romantics" shows a softer side. The film --- think "St. Elmo’s Fire" or "The Big Chill" for millennials --- has Duhamel mixed up with Anna Paquin (the bride) and Katie Holmes (the maid of honor). He spoke with reporters this week about Holmes’s double duty as executive producer, the mystery behind a truly sexy woman and how "The Romantics" changed his relationship with his wife, Fergie.
On his film "The Romantics":
"[It's] a good reflection of how people really are and how friends operate. That's what drew me in --- the imperfections of all these people. Come on, these people are making out with each other's wives. But still, everyone can sort of relate to the imperfections in these characters at some point."
