District Attorney's spokeswoman Jane Robison says the attorney for the "Mean Girls" star informed the court that she would not appear on Friday. The decision means Lohan's case will now be heard by a new judge who will convene a hearing in April to determine if there is enough evidence for the actress to stand trial.
