"I think fitness is something that people have to find their own way to have fun with. It should never be torture -- then you just won't do it. It's about health, and in the end, we're all just trying to take care of ourselves and make ourselves feel more confident. Now, when you're doing an action movie and trying to fit into a suit and you're surviving on kale dust, that's another story. But for the most part, I think people should participate in things that just make them feel really good because you know there's nothing like that high when you finish a great workout and all your endorphins are [being released]."
