Kate Hudson and Alex Rodriguez are taking their house-hunting bi-coastal. Just days after the squeezes checked out rarefied, $10 million residences in Malibu and Pacific Palisades, they were spotted browsing properties in Manhattan, where the non-expectant actress has reportedly already made herself comfortable in the New York Yankees slugger's bachelor pad. The New York Post reports the could-be cohabitation-minded couple of four-plus months spent Thursday looking at digs in the most sought-after parts of Greenwich Village, SoHo and TriBeCa, including a townhouse belonging to Gisele Bundchen, who is currently awaiting the stork in Boston with New England Patriots hubby Tom Brady. Also spied on the home-shopping outing: Kate's 5-year-old son, Ryder. Speaking of kids, A-Rod's daughters, 4-year-old Natasha and 1-year-old Ella, looked at ease with Hudson as they tagged along on the real estate hunt in California, a situation that supposedly isn't sitting well with his ex-wife, Cynthia. "The girls love Kate, and she's especially bonded with Natasha," a snitch alleges to the mag. "Cynthia knows there is nothing she can do to keep Kate away from her daughters, but it is painful."
