Christina Aguilera has suffered a series of setbacks since announcing the end of her five-year marriage to Jordan Bratman in October and going public with new squeeze Matthew Rutler a month later. In addition to her Super Bowl national anthem screw-up and onstage Grammy stumble, she allegedly had a drunken Goldilocks moment at Jeremy Renner's birthday party. Now, says People mag, the popster's inner circle is "worried" for her and wary of Rutler, a former set assistant on "Burlesque."
"Matt never tells her to slow down," says a pal. "Her friends don't approve [of him]."
That disapproval probably goes double for Christina's estranged husband, Jordan Bratman, who had remained at the family's Beverly Hills mansion after their breakup in order to stay close to their 3-year-old son, Max, an awkward living situation made worse when Rutler reportedly moved in.
But Bratman has now cleared out, according to E! News, which says the music exec was uncomfortable with the Rutler-inclusive domestic arrangements and has relocated to a nearby bachelor pad.
Correction: We originally stated that Xtina was nominated for a Razzie Award. She wasn't. She just made the cut on the nomination ballots mailed to voters. The final worst actress list included Jennifer Aniston ("The Bounty Hunter"), Miley Cyrus ("The Last Song"), Kristen Stewart ("Twilight: Eclipse"), Megan Fox ("Jonah Hex") and the ladies of "Sex and the City 2." We regret the error.
