New Plea Bargain in Car Crash Case for Lindsay Lohan?
Attorney Mark Heller is expected to meet with prosecutors Wednesday regarding a plea bargain for Lindsay Lohan stemming from her June 2011 Pacific Highway car accident. According to TMZ, the deal is based on information that Lohan may have been drinking before she totaled her Porsche -- although a sobriety test was not conducted that night. City Attorneys in Santa Monica and Los Angeles are reportedly asking that the actress go back to rehab for 60 days and commit to AA meetings and community service. Heller has already told the court his client is currently undergoing "extensive psychiatric therapy" as a means of tackling deep-seated family problems. (TMZ)
