Vogue's February issue lands on Jan. 22, and tabs and style blogs are whispering that Lena Dunham will grace the cover. Although a rep for Vogue told the Daily Mail, "I can't comment on rumors of future editorial," when asked if the rumors were true at this week's "Girls" Season 3 premiere, sources tell outlets including Fashionista and the New York Post that the young creator of the HBO hit will appear on the glossy's cover.
Adding fuel to such reports, Anna Wintour showed up at the show's premiere in New York, posing on the red carpet with a Rodarte-clad Dunham. As the Mail points out, Dunham's co-stars, Allison Williams, Jemima Kirke and Zosia Mamet seem to land more covers than their uber-successful, 27-year-old boss. But that may be because Dunham's saving up her cover mojo for fashion's bible.
