Don't Be Fooled by the Frocks She Got: Jennifer Lopez has the same agonizing reaction as everyone else upon being aurally assaulted by her steaming cow patty of a new single, "Louboutins." If only her singing were the only thing out of tune. With so many people struggling to make ends meet, did J.Lo honestly think an ode to expensive shoes would be the on-ramp back to relevancy (butt-bouncing AMAs fall or no)? She's 40, and she's a mom. She was one-half of Bennifer, for crying out loud. And yet with all that rich, pink diamond-studded life experience to mine, she just wants to bleat about luxury footwear. Not surprisingly, her staggering lack of awareness carries over to her outfit. Lopez pairs her spray-painted leggings with -- what else? -- Louboutin lace and leopard-print booties. The price: a bracing $1,795, a sum that would, rocks or not, have Jenny from the block fainting from sticker shock ('cause she's "grounded" and "real," yo). But Jennifer apparently isn't getting the same thrill she once did from her self-indulgent stilettos. To recapture the rush of styling something exciting and over-the-top, she's now mugging schoolgirls for their party dresses, because nothing says rare and exclusive like a tear-stained ruffled frock around one's torso.
