It's only April, and Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield already have a lock on the prize for most adorable pairing. And things are apparently going so well that the "Amazing Spider-Man" co-stars, who hit the orange carpet together at Sunday's Kids' Choice Awards, are now shacking up in New York.
"They have a really nice apartment," an insider tattles to Life & Style.
Word is, Emma and Andrew collaborated on the look of their digs, then hired an interior designer to "transform the space into the perfect love nest."
As you do.
"They wanted a subtle, understated look that was comfortable," says the snitch, who goes on to describe their nearly year-old romance in much the same way.
"They're in a good place," enthuses the spy. "Both of them are very nice people, very down-to-earth and caring. They're just two cool people."
Cool enough that Garfield didn't appear fazed by a close encounter with his ex-girlfriend shortly after arriving at the Kids' Choice Awards.
The actor ended up posing a few feet away from his former flame, actress Shannon Woodward, who attended the ceremony with pal Katy Perry.
The caught-on-video close encounter was over quickly, and Woodward, whose three-year relationship with Garfield ended shortly before he was linked to Stone, appeared to restrain herself to one quick, unhappy look and a hair toss (watch it here, starting around 2:13).
As for Emma, she played it cool when grilled by Ellen DeGeneres this week about how Garfield's kissing skills compare to those of her two-time leading man (and Disney prince-style rescuer), Ryan Gosling.
"Apples and oranges," replied Emma, adding, "I love all fruit."
