In May 2002, Barry was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma, which caused him to take a break from filming "7th Heaven" until April 2003, when he was in remission. After the series went off the air, Barry starred in two short-lived series: "What About Brian" and "Samantha Who?"
From 1996-2002, Barry, 38, was married to Laura Payne-Gabriel, whom he met through Tori Spelling. In 2006, he wed his former high school classmate Tracy Hutson, who worked as a style consultant on "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition." They have two sons: 6-year-old Oliver and 4-year-old Felix. However, Barry and Tracy have since split up. He is now in a long-term relationship with actress Natasha Gregson Wagner. The couple welcomed a daughter, Clover Clementyne Watson, on May 30, 2012.
Watson will once again heat up the small-screen, starring as the love interest to Blake Lively's character on "Gossip Girl."
