"I still love this downtown area of Nashville. Gosh man, it has changed so much. When I moved here in 1994, you purposely didn't go downtown back then, you know it was still kinda sketchy back then. ... I think the first time I went downtown to see it, they had a thing for men there called Cowboys LaCage and being from Ada, Okla., I had never heard or seen anything like that before. I guess, it was basically men dressed up as women doing these [impersonations]. There was a Reba [McIntyre] impersonator and they were really good. And that was one of the first things that I did when I hit town. I was like, 'Wow! I guess I'm in the big city."
