Katy Perry is looking to expand her passport collection following her imminent aisle-walk with British funnyman Russell Brand. "When I get married next month, one of the first things I'll do is apply for dual citizenship," the London Sun quotes the doll-faced singer as saying (and because we respect you so much, we'll refrain from inserting a lame "California Gurls" joke in here. You're welcome). She admits she has no idea whether she has to take a test to become a subject in the land of bangers and mash, "but England is like my second home." Well, there's that, plus the bonus of a streamlined travel process. She joked to TV host Alan Carr (via the London Mirror) that once she becomes a dual citizen, "Then I can just pass through Customs real quick. You've already kind of adopted me, so maybe I don't have to go through all the paperwork?" Katy, who was in London this week to promote her sophomore album, "Teenage Dream," also rhapsodizes that she's "the happiest I've ever been," a sentiment she proudly wore across her chest. And in an apparent nod to her British dreams, she even sported the claret and blue colors of Russell's favorite soccer squad, West Ham, in her hair.
