Snoop Lion shows off his hoops skills at celebrity All-Star Game in New Orleans
The Big Easy was awash in celebs over the weekend, as Snoop Lion, Drake, Diddy, Pharrell, Kendrick Lamar, Ludacris, Nelly, Spike Lee and more stars descended on the Smoothie King Center for the weekend's 2014 All-Star Game festivities. Though the NBA segment of the weekend didn't go down until Sunday evening, Snoop warmed up the court on Friday at a celebrity All-Star Game, where he and his West Coast crew duked it out against East Coast-based stars. Despite scoring a reported 11 points and snagging 11 rebounds, Snoop's team couldn't keep up with the East, which won the exhibition game 60 - 56, according to the Daily Mail. In the end, the most noteworthy performance came from U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan, who scored 20 points. After fans voted "About Last Night" actor Kevin Hart the game's MVP, Hart gave his award to Duncan, citing his phenomenal playing.
Scoring at the actual All-Star Game, of course, was a bit higher, with the Eastern Conference beating out the Western Conference, 163 - 155.
