Paris Jackson is 'doing better,' is expected to stay in treatment for 'several months'
When Paris Jackson leaves the hospital where she's been treated since her apparent suicide attempt, she will likely be transferred to a facility where she can continue to be treated for depression and cutting. A source tells E! News that the 15-year-old King of Pop's daughter "is doing better," but "has a while to go" before she's well. The insider says Jackson is expected to spend "several months" either in the hospital or at another treatment center, and that she may stay with her mother, Debbie Rowe, while undergoing "daily sessions" of therapy. "They are deciding now," says the source. "A lot has to do with the hospital and the doctor's recommendations."
Meanwhile, TMZ reports that the teen's June 5 kitchen knife incident "wasn't the first time" she'd tried to kill herself. The site unearthed a Tumblr she had created which was reportedly filled with images featuring cut wrists, blood and teenagers holding guns in their mouths.
