Alanis Morissette has fired back at a former nanny who filed a lawsuit alleging she was mistreated while caring for the singer's son. "grateful for all your heartfelt support around these hurtful and cruel allegations," Alanis tweeted on Wednesday. "truthfulness will prevail. i love you, x a." In a lawsuit filed last month, Bianca Cambeiro alleges that during the 19 months she was employed by Morissette and her husband, Mario "Souleye" Treadway, they failed to pay her overtime despite ordering her to stay in baby Ever's room for the duration of her 12-hour shift, without granting her so much as a meal break. She claims she's owed $30,000 in unpaid overtime and $100,000 for, among other things, emotional distress.
