Do you remember Usher's single "Pop Ya Collar"? Didn't think so. Released in late 2000, the track was supposed to be the lead single off his unreleased third album, "All About U," but it didn't fare as well as his label hoped. The album was pushed back, which is never a good sign, and the resulting release was "8701," released on Aug. 7, 2001. (Get it?) So it all worked out in the end.
