With the fan-driven CMT Music Awards set to air live from Nashville tonight, June 8, 2016, the list of six finalists in the "Video of the Year" category were announced the morning leading up the big show.

Voting is still going strong, but the final picks had been kept under wraps until now! Rounding out the talented country nominees are Carrie Underwood with "Smoke Break," Blake Shelton with "Sangria," Chris Stapleton with "Fire Away," Luke Bryan with "Strip It Down," Thomas Rhett with "Die a Happy Man" and Tim McGraw with "Humble and Kind."

If the competition between country music's finest for the biggest award of the night isn't enough for 'ya, here's five more reasons to get amped up for the big show.

1. The hosts are seriously H-A-W-T, for starters. Sexy sportscaster Erin Andrews and hunky Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt are lined up to host the 2016 CMT Music Awards for y'all. Plus, an NFL star leaving his comfort zone on the field to make jokes at an awards show should be interesting.

2. Pharrell is set to perform with Little Big Town, since he helped to produce a track on their next album, "Wanderlust." While we're definitely excited for that awesome collaboration, we're even more excited to see how many memes the Internet spits out comparing his famous 2014 Grammys hat to all of the cowboy hats on stage.

3. Keith Urban is coming, which means we get to see Nicole Kidman's always Hollywood-glam style in a sea of country cuties ... again. She has a knack for staying true to her movie-star style at all of the country music award shows she attends with her hubby, just as a guest. And, her haute-couture ways can't help but stand out. Last year, for the 2015 CMT Music Awards, she sported a head-to-toe Balenciaga outfit with a glimmering fur-lined peplum top. And, what about her extravagant flowery Alexander McQueen gown for the 2016 ACM Awards? We can't wait to see what's in store this year. (Let's also not forget Gwen Stefani, who could come with her new man Blake Shelton. Funky outfit showdown anyone?)

4. Billy Ray Cyrus is back! He hasn't performed at the CMTs for a whopping eight years, but he's set to return to the CMT stage with Cheap Trick. A little bit of country, mixed with some Rock N Roll? Count us in!

5. Some of the other collaborations are downright fascinating! We're not sure where these mash-up ideas came from, but they're sure to entertain. Country star Cam is set to do a mix with the booty-shaking "Work From Home" girl-group Fifth Harmony. Cassadee Pope is going to try to sing one of rapper Pitbull's songs called "Messin' Around" with ballad-singer Leona Lewis. Say what? These just sound amazing in a crazy way.
