Waltzing off the weight! Amber Rose is realizing that she can shed quite a few pounds by shaking it off.

Although she's only two weeks into her stint on "Dancing With the Stars," the controversial model said her body is transforming.

"I feel like I'm getting super toned," she said during her "Loveline With Amber Rose on Play.it" podcast on Thursday. "I feel like I've lost probably 10 pounds, maybe 8 pounds already. It's serious!"

"People don't understand how much work goes into it," she continued. "You're with your partner four to five hours a day. Then you get home, you're on the phone with them, like, what you need to work on, what you need to do. Then you go to the ballroom and it's all the other celebrities and other dancers — it really is like a family."

Amber has teamed up with Maksim Chmerkovskiy for the 23rd season of ABC's hit show.

She's not taking the competition lightly, either, saying she's working long hours with the father-to-be. Now that she's on the inside, she can see how the show has produced so many relationships or at least short-term romances.

"When I used to watch the show, I'm like, 'Damn! They're really affectionate!'" she recalled on Thursday, adding that she wouldn't be surprised if a relationship developed between someone this season.

Her man, though, is very taken, as he's engaged to fellow pro Peta Murgatroyd, who took the season off to have a baby boy with Maks. But, Peta is still very involved, often attending rehearsals. And, well, things get awkward.

"It does become awkward when she's at the rehearsal and she's like, 'Listen, vagina and b----, they need to touch or you're not doing it right,'" Amber said. "I'm like, 'Uh, this is your fiancé! This is weird! But it's all for the greater good of dancing, I guess. That's how it is."
