No "Trainwreck" here! Amy Schumer's romance with Ben Hanisch appears to be running quite smoothly, in fact.

The Chicago-based furniture maker took to Instagram on Feb. 8 to share a sweet selfie with the comedienne as they prepared to part ways -- temporarily, of course.

"Nothing I hate more than saying bye to this human," Ben captioned a snap of himself and Amy wearing aviator shades while keeping close at the beach.

It isn't the first time Ben has been vocal about his adoration for the "Inside Amy Schumer" star on Instagram since the duo first debuted their romance on the photo-sharing platform in early January 2016.

In late January, Ben shared a black-and-white close-up shot of Amy on an airplane, which he adorably captioned, "When you find her, risk everything."

He also took to Instagram to profess his love for the funny-woman after cheering her on during the 2016 Critics Choice Awards on Jan. 20.

After first posting a silly selfie with the multi-hyphenate, who took home two awards that night, Ben followed up by sharing a photo of them together as they arrived at the star-studded event.

"One more from last night because this girl looked insanely gorgeous and I'm in love with her," he wrote in the caption.

It also looks as though Ben may be making his television debut in an upcoming episode of his girlfriend's Comedy Central series. Last week, he posted a photo of himself and Amy decked out in scrubs and surgical masks and covered in fake (we hope!) blood as the writer-actress bit down on a cigar, presumably on set.

"Yesterday's surgery went very well," he joked in the caption.

If Ben's comedic timing is even half as on-point as his girlfriend's, their surgical sketch promises to be full of LOLs.

In spite of their silliness, one thing is clear: Amy and Ben's romance is totally serious.

"Amy is so, so happy," a source told People.com in early January. "[Ben] constantly tells her how pretty, sexy and perfect she is. She feels like she hit the jackpot."

It's unclear when Amy and Ben first connected, though the "Trainwreck" star made light of her single status in October 2015 by joking that her "vagina remains vacant."

The furniture designer first addressed their relationship on Instagram on New Year's Day.

"Sometimes in life you get extremely lucky, and the smartest, funniest, most beautiful woman comes along when you least expect it. Here's to what adventures 2016 brings!" he captioned a photo of himself and Amy at the time.
