... And then Bethenny Frankel won the Internet with a throwback photo.

On Thursday night, "The Real Housewives of New York City" star took to Instagram to share an old photo of herself vying for the crown of the Miss Teen Long Island pageant in New York. The image wasn't truly epic because it showed Bethenny in her finest ruffled dress only, it was also truly epic because of the person standing next to her.

Standing next to Bethenny was none other than Halle Berry.

"Hi @halleberry #missteenlongisland #tbt," the reality TV star captioned the amazing photo from the '80s.

In the photo, the actress wears a sparkly red dress and tiara, along with her Miss Teen All American sash, which she won in 1985.

Bethenny is not wearing a sash or a crown in the image.

The Miss Teen All American sash was one of many that Halle won as a youngster in her beauty pageant days. Halle won Miss Ohio USA in 1986 before landing first runner-up to Miss USA. She was also the first African American contestant to compete for the Miss World title in 1986.

Last month, Halle spoke about her pageant upbringing, saying it actually hurt her acting career initially.

"I came from the world of beauty pageants and modeling and, right away, when people heard that, I got discounted as an actor," she told W magazine.

We can all hope and pray that Halle has some A+ throwback material that she's willing to share. And, considering Bethenny has long crushed the throwback game, we can only imagine what she has up her sleeve next.
