The female nurse who took care of Bobbi Kristina Brown during her last days was practicing without a medical license and has been arrested.

The Associated Press reported that Taiwo Sobamowo was booked into the Gwinnett County jail in Lawrenceville, Georgia, nearly six months after the daughter of Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston passed away.

Bobbi Kristina, according to the AP, was under the woman's care at Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth, Georgia last year after being found face down and unconscious in a water-filled bathtub on Jan. 31, 2015.

The aspiring singer died on July 26, 2015 at the age of 22 after being moved into hospice care.

The circumstances surrounding her death were eerily similar to those of her later mother, who was found in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton hotel in February 2012, one night before the Grammy Awards.

Since Bobbi's death, more information has become available about her tumultuous life, including her relationship with boyfriend Nick Gordon.

In August, it was reported that Nick could be charged with murder, after he allegedly gave her a "toxic mixture." The same lawsuit claimed that Nick abused his girlfriend.

After the lawsuit, Nick claimed the Brown family had "publicly lynched" his character.
