Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie Pitt go at their own pace, even with regards to their anniversary.

The longtime duo celebrated their second wedding anniversary last week, but didn't do so with much fanfare, as they had a low-key date night at Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles.

"It was just the two of them. They had dinner and spent the night, and that was it," a source told Us Weekly of the activities. "They left the next day."

The couple had been together nine years when they had a surprise wedding on August 23, 2014, at their French estate. It's difficult for them to have a semblance of alone time considering their busy careers in addition to the fact that they're raising six children -- Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 8.

Us's source said it's actually quite common for Brad and Angie to crash in a hotel room for a night as a bit of a stay-cation.

"They want to keep the love alive," the source said.

This week, it seems that life as back to normal. Over the weekend, Angie, along with Shiloh, purchased a 8 1/2-foot teddy bear off two children on the side of the road.

The whole encounter couldn't have been sweeter.

According to TMZ, who had video of the encounter, the two twin boys, both 8 years old, were selling the bear for $50 on the side of the road in Toluca Lake, California. They were having little luck for an hour.

However, just then a white Cadillac pulled up and out popped Angie and her daughter Shiloh. Angie handed $50 to each of the young entrepreneurs, doubling their asking price and subsequently making their day.

Video shows several people trying desperately to shove the humongous teddy bear into the trunk of the car, which they finally do.

"You are so good at doing your job," Angelina can be heard telling one of the boys. "You are very good at doing your job, sweetie. You guys are so cool. It's so nice to meet you."
