Earlier this week, Chris started posting photos of him and J. Law while they promote their newest movie "Passengers." But, in all of the photos, he keeps intentionally cutting most of her out. The results are laugh-out-loud funny.
On Monday, he shared a selfie with the actress, but he only included half of her face.
"Finally got that selfie with Jen y'all wanted," he said of the image that shows him smiling.
Then next day, he shared another one. This time Jen's back was turned while he peered into the camera.
"Just hanging with my bestie Jen. #passengersmovie," he wrote
After that, the actor shared an image with a few other folks. Jen, well, basically her eyeball is showing.
"Here Jen and I pose with @elrubiuswtf," he said.
He later shared a video of him performing a slowmo trick. In the video, he completely blocks her at the beginning of the snippet. She can later be seen clapping for him in the background.
"Here's an extremely artistic and meaningful video I made in which Jen is heavily featured. #passengersmovie," he wrote.
After that, he was back to his old hijinks, sharing a pic of him blocking J.Law while she drinks a glass of water.
"Another day down with me and my best buddy Jen. #London #passengersmovie," he said.
He later shared an image of him with Jamie Oliver and, well, some of Jen.
"Me, #JenniferLawrence and @jamieoliver backstage at @thegrahamnortonshow promoting a film called #Passengers coming soon to a theatre near you. Can't believe I got to meet the naked chef!!! He was wearing clothes, but still!!!," Chris said.
On Dec. 2, he kept concealing his co-star, this time with a cue card.
"My publicist Allison just took this hilarious candid photo. Totally startled me and #JenniferLawrence. It's little moments like this I'm so glad to be able to share with our fans as we promote #passengersmovie," he said.
Maybe the morale of the story is if you want to actually see Jennifer you have to go see the movie.... Brilliant marketing, Chris, brilliant.
