The FBI is looking into a topless picture of "Real Housewives of Orange County" star Vicki Gunvalson that made its way on to a 15-year-old's social media account.

The photo was taken during a vacation in Dublin, Ireland, that the cast members attended. Based on a video of the incident, Vicki flashed her breasts while co-star Heather Dubrow was FaceTiming her husband, "Botched" plastic surgeon Terry Dubrow. Vicki wanted him to examine her nipples, which she claimed were uneven.

It was during this video phone call in which the still image was snapped. According to TMZ, production sources believe Tamra Judge took the photo and forwarded it on to other cast and crew members, along with some unsavory comments.

Along the way, the photo wound up in the hands of a 15-year-old girl who tweeted it out. This didn't sit well with one woman, who filed a criminal complaint with the FBI.

In the paperwork, Rosalie Coleman said that Tamra "electronically sent a nude photograph of an acquaintance of hers (taken at a small gathering) to a FIFTEEN YEAR OLD girl & asked her to distribute it online in an effort to humiliate & harass one Vicki Gunvalson."

The complaint goes on to say, "I have called both Child Protective Services in Orange County & also the O.C. Sheriff's Department and neither seems to want to do anything about this. I guess they don't care about the sending of adult nude photos to minors! There is proof that can be provided of the girl's age and also a screen shot of this photo before it was removed from social media. In light of his 'jurisdiction' issue I'm running into, I decided to contact you, as you are federal. This is serious and media can get involved if needed to see action taken."

It's not known how the complainant and the 15-year-old know each other, if at all.

According to TMZ, the FBI "is evaluating it but has not yet opened a formal investigation."

Tamra, for the record, told the site that she didn't leak the photo, nor did she help facilitate it getting into the hands of a minor.
