Hot and healthy! Giuliana Rancic has been no stranger to being on the receiving end of body shaming insults over her often thin appearance, but nowadays mama is looking good and fierceā€¦ in a bikini!

The "Fashion Police" star shared a bikini-clad selfie on Monday, showing off a fit frame while lounging with her 3-year-old son, Duke. It's been a while since she bared it (mostly) all for the world to see.

"Hanging in my favorite place with my favorite little guy," she told her 2.5 million followers on Instagram.

In her body-revealing look in her black Triangl swimwear, she also donned a matching black visor and sunglasses.

The former E! News host is noticeably healthier than she looked not too long ago when TV viewers were ruthless over her appearance during awards season last year. Many assumed that she had an eating disorder and they weren't shy about letting her know their feelings on social media.

Last spring, she shot down that speculation and explained that her weight loss stemmed from medication she received following her battle with breast cancer in 2011.

The comments, she said, were hurtful.

"I'm sorry that some people think I'm disgustingly skinny, as they put it, but there's nothing I can do," she said in April. "I'm lucky that I even have the type of cancer that reacts to the medicine."

She continued, "I look in the mirror and it's hard for me. I am really thin. I want to look fit and beautiful and sexy, and I can't," she told People magazine at the time. "I never want my weight to distract people from what I do, but it is becoming a distraction, [whenever] I wear something sleeveless, show my arms, my back."

She also spoke to "Today" about the criticism and her body last year.

"I do not have an eating disorder. I wanted to be very clear about that," she told Savannah Guthrie. "In fact, I eat a lot. People always love to tweet: 'Eat a burger.' I eat burgers. It's not working."
