Is this Gwyneth Paltrow's most TMI advice yet?

Gwyneth's lifestyle brand website GOOP released its first sex issue on May 9, and Wonderwall.com is breaking down the 6 most outrageous sex tips we just needed to share with you.

But don't say we didn't warn you ... it's crazy!

1) Buy expensive sex toys.

On Goop's "not-so-basic sex toys list," there's a $15,000 dildo that comes in 24 karat gold or stainless steel. The item's description reads: "It's perfect for those who understand that you can't put a price on pleasure."

For that price, it comes with free discreet shipping and a ten-year warranty!

But if you're looking for a less expensive option and feeling more "Fifty Shades of Grey" with your sex life, there's a cat whip for $535. It's not just any normal whip though. It's "a beautiful and luxurious whip made from supple 44cm long leather strands plaited together and neatly knotted at the ends."

It also has a heart charm on the handle....because it's all about love!

2.) Head to an erotic theater.

In fact, Goop wants you to know that there is an erotic theater in Los Angeles called Snctm that requires male guests to be a member (which can range from $10,000-$50,000), be a part of a couple, or reserve dinner. Women can buy tickets and are the only people allowed to touch or initiate contact with another guest.

But not everyone can just easily join. You'll have to apply to attend a Snctm soirée.

"The application asks questions ranging from name and occupation, to what your fantasy come-to-life looks like. It also requires you upload pictures," Snctm's found Damon Lawner explains. "I look at aesthetics of course, and the answers to our questions are important determining factors. If I believe the applicant would be a good fit for our society, and enhance the experience of our current members, I approve the application and it moves forward to the next phase."

3.) Use vegan condoms.

According to Goop, condoms have dairy in them so "ideally, you want to find a vegan, paraben-free, glycerin-free, Nonoxynal-9-free, and benzocaine- and lidocaine-free condom."

Can you find those at CVS, though?

4.) Add some "background pleasure" to your life.

In order to increase your sex drive, you're going to need to have "background pleasure."

So what exactly does that mean? Michaela Boehm, a tantric sex expert, says you can even do it right now.

On Goop's site, Michaela writes, "If you move your shoulder and allow yourself to feel the rub of your shirt on your skin, or the brushing of your hair against your neck, those sensations are innately sensual, and pleasure that can be accessed anytime."

Or if that doesn't work, you can just move your body in non-linear ways. Get moving!

5.) Use an app for your Kegel exercises.

As the site explains, "Strong pelvic floor muscles improve bladder and bowel control—as well as sex—and can be the key to eliminating pesky back pain issues, avoiding scary prolapse problems, and finally getting a flat stomach."

So Goop recommends the downloading of a device and app called Elvie to help you get on a consistent schedule to do your exercises.

6.) Treat yourself with some lace bondage lingerie.

You'll see Goop is in the lingerie business when you shop on their site. For $125, you can get a "lace bondage triangle bra," and the matching undies will run you $85.

The description promises that the bra is "hovering somewhere between unapologetically sexy and sweetly feminine" while the panty has "an effect that's racy, not raunchy."

If those descriptions didn't sell the underwear, we're not sure what will.

As always, thanks for the Goop tips, Gwyneth!
